Explore and experiment with plant based dyes, inks, paints, and actual plants, paper and fabric to create a very special garden journal. Create lovely, light plant silhouetted patterns combined with tender colors and handmade marks – whatever your heart desires – simply stitched into a journal for precious garden notes, a daily diary or for a unique gift.

Instructor: Meredith Arnold:
Meredith Arnold, Comedian Artist/Designer/instructor, is a professional artist specializing in jewelry arts, business of Art/Photography and mixed media. Her metal, resin, PMC and polymer clay work has been published in books and magazines and included in exhibitions around the world. Meredith teaches at a variety of colleges and art centers in the Seattle metro area, around the U.S. and Europe and has various appearances on the PBS show ‘Beads, Baubles and Jewels’ and the Edmonds Community College cable channels. As the Director of ArtWorks in Edmonds she has the privilege of mentoring other artists as her “day job”.
