This banana tree at Bassetti’s Gardens grew enormously over the course of the season, and just seems to keep going! It’s right alongside our brilliant dahlia garden which also grew abundantly this season.

Hot air balloons are a common sighting above Bassetti’s Gardens. All summer long these beautiful bright balloons drift about and complement the color in our gardens! Woodinville is a popular spot for ballooning.

We’re so pleased to invite you to our Summer Art in the Gardens event: Metal, Wood, Glass and a few Stones, June 27 and June 28, 2015 at Bassetti’s. We are happy to have new and old artist friends be a part of the garden art show.
You will meet in person: Beth Anderson, glass work in many different objects: beautiful flowers, birdbaths, tiles, lamps, and hanging glass sculpture; Ken Morrison, small and big sculpture in metal, wood, and stone; Ed Graves, metal and wood windchimes, fused glass in cedar wall hangings, and sculpture and fences with glass, metal and wood; unique table lamps, and outdoor lights; Aiko Vail and Poul Erickson, lovely glass in metal and stone sculpture, lamps, and hanging forms, carved wooden bowls; Caroline Sumpter, metal pods, structures for the gardens, sculptured metal balls, strapped metal sculpture with great primary colors; and Andrew Holmberg, with his plethora of multi colored glass flowers, mushrooms, floats, hummingbird feeders, and water bowls. We look forward to their presence and artwork for sale.
We have new indoor/outdoor linen with Lisa Nicholson’s of Glass Infusion, fused glassware sets to match the linen. Judy Thomas has new ceramic items like her singing planter heads on copper poles, Eat Your Vegetables totem, and her wonderful large Rooster Jar. She also has in the gallery great plates, containers and tile. New this year also is the colorful outdoor folding chairs from Laughing Creek Productions.
Now roses are on display in the gardens. Their fragrance is wonderful and they have made a spectacular presence this year. The gardens look lush. We hope that you can come and see them in their splendor and enjoy the artwork, June 27 and June 28, 2015 for our Art in the Garden event.
